Pretty Much Films

Pretty Much Films is a video production company in Singapore that makes commercials, corporate videos, event videos and creative content for brands. Nerb redesigned its website in 2026 and rebuilt it on WordPress, moving it off Squarespace. The site sets out four video services and a portfolio of 58 video works and 28 photography shoots, with an About page, a blog and a contact form.

The old site ran on Squarespace, and its service pages already ranked in search, so the new site had to keep those rankings through the move. The move also had to bring the whole portfolio across, from every film to the photo shoots and blog posts.

Structure. Four service pages, for commercial, corporate, creative and event video, sit under one Services menu, next to Works, About, Blog and Contact.

Design. Nerb designed the new site, starting with a homepage draft for the client’s review before the inner pages. The homepage opens on the company’s showreel, with the client logos below, and the Works page runs almost full width so the films show large.

Build. The site runs on WordPress with a custom block theme, so every section can be edited in the WordPress editor. The Works page filters by Commercials, Events, Socials, Corporate and Photography, with a second filter for photo shoots. Each film plays on its own page on the site, and a series of films opens in a lightbox player.

Migration and running. All video works, 12 photo shoots and 26 blog posts moved across from Squarespace. The search titles and descriptions of the old pages were copied over, and the old addresses redirect to the new ones. Nerb hosts and maintains the site, and added 16 more photography shoots in 2026.
