Prices are in Singapore dollars. Nerb is not GST-registered, so no GST is added.
Yes, on any maintenance plan. Store updates are tested on a staging copy first. Building a new store is a one-off project: see Ecommerce Websites.
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans are paid upfront and run to the end of the paid year, with no refund for unused months. Plans renew automatically, with a reminder 30 days before. If you leave, we hand over your site files and latest backup.
We treat it as a critical issue on every plan: we find the cause, clean up the site and restore it from the daily off-site backups if needed. Prime and Exclusive get priority response.
