AI-Ready Website Optimisation for Singapore businesses

An AI-ready website is one that people, Google and AI assistants can read easily. We bring Singapore WordPress sites up to that standard and keep them there.

What the check looks at
  1. Can AI crawlers reach it?
  2. Can AI understand it?
  3. Can AI quote it?
  4. Is it fast enough?
In plain terms

An AI-ready website states plainly, in a form machines can parse, what your business does, where, for whom and at what price. AI-Ready Website Optimisation is the one-off job that gets an existing WordPress site there, verified on the live site. A Professional maintenance plan keeps it there.

Why this matters

What is an AI-ready website?

One that search engines and AI assistants can both read. What’s stated in a structured way can be parsed; what’s only implied by layout or images mostly can’t. Every machine reader does three things:

Crawlability & speed

Can it reach the page, and get the content quickly?

Robots rules that admit search crawlers, AI ones such as OAI-SearchBot included; an XML sitemap, one canonical URL per page, and content in the HTML, not loaded by script. A slow page may be crawled less often.

Structured data & semantic markup

Can it tell what each part of the page is?

A heading that is an h1, a price inside an Offer, your address and hours in one Organization record. Schema.org JSON-LD and clean HTML turn layout into machine-readable facts.

Content architecture

Can it tell which business this is, and which page answers what?

One indexable page per service, each with its own definition, price, FAQ and schema. Breadcrumbs for hierarchy, and the same Organization record on every page, so each fact points to your business.

AI SEO, GEO and AEO

Is this AI SEO or GEO?

It’s the technical, on-site part of AI SEO and GEO: the work we can do, prove and hand over. We don’t sell rankings or citations, because no one can guarantee them.

What AI-Ready Website Optimisation covers

  • Your site made easy to reach, read and attribute to your business.
  • Every item validated, so you can check it yourself.

What it doesn’t cover

  • A promise of rankings, Google AI Overviews or citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini.
  • Off-site work: link-building, digital PR and content marketing.

Structured data, in plain terms

What is structured data, and why does your website need it?

Structured data is a short, standardised description of your business in each page’s code: who you are, what you sell, what it costs and where. Visitors never see it; search engines and AI assistants read it instead of guessing.

What your customer seesSample
Acme Aircon
Aircon general servicing

Chemical-free cleaning for split and window units, done in about 45 minutes a unit.

From $60 / unit
Islandwide
Open Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm

A person reads the design: the big line is the service, “$60” is a price, “Islandwide” means Singapore.

What we mark up on your site

  • Who you are

Name, UEN, address, phone, hours, social profiles.

  • What you sell, and for how much

Each service or product, priced in SGD.

  • Proof of your work

Each case study or project as its own piece of work.

  • Your videos

Videos with a title, description and upload date.

  • Where each page sits

Home › Services › Aircon servicing.

  • Who wrote it, and when

Articles with a named author and dates.

What it does

  • States your facts in the format Google documents for understanding a page.
  • Makes pages eligible for a breadcrumb trail in Google results.
  • Keeps facts consistent on every page, so they point to one business.

What it doesn’t do

  • Guarantee rich results. Google decides when to show them.
  • Guarantee a ranking or a mention by an AI assistant.
  • Replace clear, useful content.

Check any page yourself in Google’s Rich Results Test. Structured data is deliverable 01 of AI-Ready Website Optimisation.

The five deliverable groups

What does AI-Ready Website Optimisation include?

Every line is work we do on your site, at a fixed scope.

  1. Structured data & schema

Schema.org JSON-LD on every indexable page, so your facts are stated, not inferred.

    • Organization or LocalBusiness record, defined once and referenced on every page: name, address, phone, hours.
    • Service or Product with an Offer in SGD, each on its own page.
    • CreativeWork and VideoObject where you have case studies or videos.
    • BreadcrumbList for hierarchy; Article and author on posts.
    • Validated in Google’s Rich Results Test and Schema.org’s validator; errors fixed, not suppressed.
  2. Semantic HTML & clean markup

Structure made explicit in the HTML, so any reader can tell heading from body and navigation from content.

    • One h1 per page, headings in order.
    • Landmarks: header, nav, main, footer; real lists and tables.
    • Descriptive link text and image alt text; buttons that are buttons.
    • Fewer page-builder wrappers, so content sits near the top.
  3. Core Web Vitals & performance pass

Speed work against Google’s Core Web Vitals thresholds, measured on mobile, plus an accessibility pass.

    • Server response, caching, CDN, images, scripts, fonts and layout shift.
    • Targets: LCP under 2.5 s, INP under 200 ms, CLS under 0.1, on mobile.
    • Accessibility basics: contrast, focus states, form labels, keyboard order.
  4. Crawlability & metadata

Every page reachable and described; nothing indexed that shouldn’t be.

    • XML sitemap submitted; robots.txt admits search crawlers, AI ones included; AI training crawlers set your way.
    • One canonical per page; redirects fixed; parameter and tag pages kept out of the index.
    • A title and meta description for every indexable page.
    • Internal links from each hub to its service pages and back.
  5. Content architecture

One indexable page per service, so each question has one page that answers it.

    • Services split out of catch-all pages, each with a definition, price, FAQ and schema.
    • Hub pages written to describe the category, not just list links.
    • Address, hours and prices consistent across pages and schema.
    • Redirects from old URLs so nothing already indexed is lost.

Professional Website Hosting and Maintenance Plan

Keeps the schema, markup and performance you paid for healthy as the site changes.

    S$1,130/year
Hosting & Maintenance · Professional tier · minimum for this service

    • Schema added to every new page and post
    • Markup re-validated after core, theme and plugin updates
    • Core Web Vitals checked monthly on real-visitor data
    • Sitemap, robots and redirects kept current
    • Plus the plan: hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and edits from ChatGPT, Claude or WhatsApp

Why the plan is required

AI-readiness decays. Three ways a passing site slips:

  • New pages ship without schema

Pages added later start as plain HTML. On the plan they get schema before they’re indexed.

  • Updates change the markup

Core, theme and plugin updates rewrite templates. We re-validate after each update.

  • Performance drifts

Images, scripts and plugins pile up. Monthly checks catch the slide early.

AI-ready websites: questions, answered

What Singapore business owners ask before they book.

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity and others decide rankings and citations, using signals beyond your website. We do the work: every deliverable implemented and validated.

Not today. It’s a proposed format, and Google says you don’t need AI text files or special markup to appear in its AI features. We focus on what is read: crawlable pages, clear content and structured data.

It’s your choice. GPTBot collects content to train OpenAI’s models; blocking it doesn’t remove you from ChatGPT search, which uses OAI-SearchBot. We admit search crawlers and set training crawlers the way you choose.

Yes, any WordPress site; other platforms are quoted separately. The required plan includes hosting, so the site moves to Nerb’s managed hosting. We handle the migration and redirects, and nothing indexed is lost.

Typically 2–3 weeks after the free audit, staging first. Larger sites can take longer; the audit gives your timeline.

Check it yourself: Google’s Rich Results Test, the Schema.org validator, Core Web Vitals in PageSpeed Insights or Search Console, the sitemap and the HTML outline. On the plan, Core Web Vitals are checked monthly and markup is re-validated after updates.
