Our maintenance is meant to help you make changes to your website and that includes mainly adjustments to website content, images or layout format. Based on our hours committed to you for the year, we will help you with these changes and keep an activity log for each change request you made. Changing the way a feature works is also included but do take note that it could easily take up alot more hours depending on the complexity and limitations of that feature.
Typically you can expect your change request to be done within 1-2 working days for small adjustments. For bigger change request which require us more than six consecutive hours, you may expect it to take up to 3-4 working days. Everyday we set aside timeslots to handle change requests from our customers. There are times where we may have a high number of change request and that may also affect our response time. The level of priority given to your change request is also based on the current maintenance plan you are on.
No, you may not. Change requests only apply to changes based on what your website already have. For example if your website already has a contact form and you wish to include more fields to capture more data, we can do that for you. A completely new feature that needs either setup, installation or development is considered a development request and that is billable. Example of add-on features could be Live Chat Installation, Members Registration and Login Module, Blog Module.
No, you may choose to host elsewhere. However, do take note that you might not get to enjoy the full range of benefits our maintenance provides as different server hosting companies have different types of limitations. For example, your website is taking too long to load due to the 3rd party’s server poor performance, there is nothing much we can do on our end as the problem would be server-related.
