Where do I get my website domain name? (eg. www.mywebsite.com)

You can choose to purchase the domain name with us, along with the hosting plan. Contact us at hosting@nerb.com.sg to buy a new domain name. Domain names are priced at $20 for .com and $60 for .com.sg extensions.

Can I upgrade my web hosting plan halfway through my subscription?

Yes you can. Simply contact us at hosting@nerb.com.sg and we will assist you with the upgrade. Take note that you will need to top up the difference in pricing to the plan you are upgrading to.

When will I be billed?

An invoice will be billed to you one month before your web hosting plan expires. You will need to make the payment before the expiration date to prevent any interruption to your services.

How reliable or stable are your hosting services?
